Although MELWOOD cabins are not a substitute for a granny flat or secondary dwelling our range of CEDARSPAN cabins and cottages are available complete with development approval. Many of our clients in Sydney have arranged their own fitout (electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom etc.) to save money.
